FAQ

Our online conventions take place via zoom and are either a one-day event or take place over two days. They always take place on the weekend. Times vary depending on the schedule of the participating actors/actresses. You will have different options, once again depending on the individual guests. Options include panels, games, calls, meeting rooms, and more. 

In-person conventions will be two-days events and will take place on the weekend. The cities, as well as venues, they will take place at are going to depend on the theme and other organisational matters. You will have different options, once again depending on the individual guests. Options include panels, games, calls, meeting rooms, and more. 

For online conventions you will not need a special pass, all you need to do is purchase the tickets for the activities you want to participate in.  For in-person conventions you will need a pass, which then provides you with the option of purchasing extras. 

All passes and extras purchased, for both online and in-person conventions are non-refundable (except for if the convention is being canceled). 

Passes and extras are only valid for the person who’s name was given when purchasing them.  If you are under 18 please inform yourself about our parental consent rules before purchasing anything.

Due to filming schedules it can happen that actors/actresses have to cancel their appearance. If that is the case you will be provided with different options, which will be communicated through our social media channels. You can either get a refund in form of a voucher or transfer your extras to another guest. In case of a cancelation please keep your eyes out for our communication on social media before sending us an e-mail, as that will ensure a solution more quickly.

For every convention there will be a few rules. These will be communicated beforehand and can be individual to each extra and each guest. A representative of our team will be present during all interactions to make sure that all rules are taken seriously. If any rules are violated we reserve the right to ban you from any future convention, as well as the convention you are attending at that moment. There will be no refunds if that happens.
